Requirements

Qualifications
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • CPA, ACCA, or ATD students are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books, or Odoo is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in bookkeeping and recording financial transactions.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Assist with tax compliance and statutory filings.
  • Help maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
  • Support audit assignments and internal control reviews.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial analysis activities.
  • Perform administrative and finance-related duties as assigned.
